Spotify, thanks to web Player with Google's Chromecast use
So far, Chromecast is not officially supported by Spotify. Until the App is equipped with the function, you can use Spotify but the web Player with Chromecast:
- Prerequisite for this is the Spotify web Player, Google Chrome , and the appropriate Chromecast Plugin.
- If you haven't already, first download Google Chrome and install the Internet Browser. You can then easily add the Chromecast Plugin.
- Now open the Spotify web Player and log in with your user data. You do not need a Premium subscription.
- You can now connect to Google Chrome with your Chromecast. Your Chromecast is on your network, you will find the HDMI Stick directly on the Google Cast button to the right of the Chrome menu bar.
