Windows Store Cache
Before you try other measures, such as the user-defined system start-up, you first clear the Cache of the Windows store. Usually the Problem is fixed already.
- For this, you switch to the tile view and type in directly "wsreset.exe".
- Click with the right mouse button on the individual App and select the Option "run As Administrator".
- Confirm the action with "Yes".
- As a result, the Windows Store logs with the message that the Cache has been deleted. Now, you can try the Installation again.
