The time when Windows Phone will change automatically
Since there is not a Windows Phone, but a large number of different models, the following steps may vary, depending on the model a little. In General, the menu structure is always the Same:
- First of all open the "settings".
- Here tap the Option "date and time".
- Then select "time" and activate the Option "Automatic time conversion".
- Note: you Should not change your Smartphone, although you have activated the automatic time changeover, it may be related with your mobile phone provider. This applies, however, only older phones as new devices will work with a calendar, according to which the time change is determined.

Since the winter start dates seem to be moved backward by an hour. Apparently, the combination of Google calendar and Windows Phone leads to a Problem with the time change. This problem, however, concerns only appointments that are entered directly on the Smartphone in calendar. According to Microsoft, the Problem is known and currently deal only with a small Workaround. Accordingly, the setting helps to "(UTC+01:00) West Central Africa". With the next Update Microsoft will fix this error.
