TeamViewer: VPN connection setup – how to
- So you can set up the VPN connection using TeamViewer, you need to uninstall the Tool first.
- Download TeamViewer re-download and start the Installer.
- Set the display in the first step of the check in the "Advanced settings" and click "Next".
- In the next step, select "use TeamViewer VPN" and start the Installation with "finish".
- When you start TeamViewer now, enter the Partner ID and select the entry "VPN". With a click on "connect to Partner" the connection is established.
- Note: you need to install on both PCs TeamViewer as described above, with the VPN drivers, as a connection is otherwise not possible.
