Kernel Version in Linux
The Kernel Version for your computer can be read with one command from the Linux Terminal.
- Open the Terminal by pressing the key combination [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [T]. Alternatively, you can open the Tool via the search.
- Enter the command "uname-r" in the Terminal and then press the Enter button.
- You can now read the Kernel Version.
- With the command "uname-a" you will receive further system information.
