Root password in Ubuntu change
- Press simultaneously the keys [Ctrl] + [to open Alt] + [T] to the Terminal.
- Enter the command "sudo passwd root" and confirm with the [Enter] key.
- You will be asked for your password that you use to log in to your user. Also confirm the input with [Enter].
- In the next step, you have the option to set the Root password. Then repeat once the input is changed, the password.
