TomTom will not start – what to do?
- First, make sure that you have charged the navigation device completely. Connect the TomTom with the battery charger and connect it to a power outlet.
- You should be able the device still not turn on, there may be a Defect in the charging cable. Try another cable to verify this.
- May has hung the navigation device is also easy or is crashed. Press and hold the [Power] button to start the Navi yet.
- You can also Reset the GPS , if it still not start.
- If none of the tips help, you may have a bigger Defect and you should exchange the device or repair.
