So you are working offline in Thunderbird
Sometimes it has advantages to work without an Internet connection. We will explain in the following section on how to disconnect your Mailing program temporarily from the Internet. In step 5, you can read how to undo the Changes.
- You Open Thunderbird.
- Select the menu file " > " bar "Offline" > Offline.
- You will be asked if you want to download new messages. First, remove the checkmark next to "When Going Offline always ask" to save this setting.
- Then click "download Now", if you want to receive the latest E-Mails. Otherwise, choose "Later". You are now working offline.
- You can work online again by click on "file" > "Offline" > Offline to remove the tick.
