OpenOffice correction mode to edit text
The correction mode is activated with the so-called "Record"function:
- In the menu, click "edit" to "Changes" and then select "Record".
- All Changes will now be documented: When you remove characters, it will not be completely removed, but only with a strikethrough and highlighted in yellow.
- Even if you add words that are marked in this colour. So the author can immediately see the text passages they would change.
- To disable this function, follow the procedure in step 1.
