Here you can read how you can get automatic Updates from Play in the distribution platform, Steam, to disable. Usually, the Software provided automatically to all the installed Games with Updates. Sometimes it can be useful to disable this feature – this will prevent Steam automatically transfers in the Background of large amounts of data and so your Internet slows down connection.

  1. Click in Steam, right-click a game in your list and select "properties".
  2. Go to the tab: "Updates". There is the item "Automatic Updates" is located. Click and hold on the "This game always up to date" and then select "This game only at the Start of the game automatically update". Then click "Close".
