Skype under Ubuntu install - so go ahead
- You can open Ubuntu Terminal by pressing the key combination [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[T].
- With the command "sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://archive.canonical.com/ $(as in sc) partner" creating a package source, with the help of which you can install Skype then. To do this, you must have Administrator rights.
- So, the package sources are read, enter the following command in the Terminal: "sudo apt-get update". The actual Installation of Skype, then run the command "sudo apt-get install skype".
- Finally, enter the command "sudo apt-get-f install" in the Terminal. This corrects incorrect dependencies in the System.
- You can close the Terminal now and in the Dash for "Skype" and run it.
