In the first step in Photoshop with the noise filter to the pixels randomly in one image.
- Open the image you want to edit and create a new layer. To do this, select in the lower right of the levels window "create New layer".

- Navigate to "Filter" > "blur filter" -> "Gaussian blur". A new dialogue window will open. Enter a Radius of 1.0 Pixel. Press "OK".
- Press the key combination [Ctrl] + [L] to open the tone correction. The tonal spread you can flakes of snow multiply or enlarge. Here it is best if you just try and with the values a bit to play. You have created your desired snow effect, click "OK".
- In the end, you choose right from within your layers dialog window, multiply the blend mode of "Negative". You will receive a winter landscape with snow flakes.
