OpenOffice: New slide in Impress inserting

A new film is in OpenOffice and LibreOffice Impress is very easy to insert. In principle, the insertion of a new slide in OpenOffice works in a similar way as in PowerPoint, and you can reach.

New slide in OpenOffice: Two ways

Unlike PowerPoint, there is OpenOffice Impress, unfortunately, no shortcut key to insert a new slide. Still, two clicks is all it takes to a blank slide to attach.
  • Option 1: Click in the menu at the top of the window to "Paste". There, the first entry in the "film" is. In order to insert a new slide in the presentation.
  • Option 2: On the left side, a summary bar that displays all of the slides in your presentation. Click with the right mouse button on the free area under the slides. Then, the Option "New slide"will appear.

Tip: to change the order of the slides, you can move in the left-hand column of option 2 with the mouse. Also, the newly inserted film can be so to another location slide.
