With OpenOffice, you can write all the house work. One requirement, among others, the footnotes that you need to insert extra. In order to get a good final grade, we will show you in this practice tip, such as footnotes properly insert.

Footnotes in OpenOffice insert

Foot - or Endnotes you can insert it easily by following the following steps:
  1. Click the mouse behind the word, behind the footnote is to be set.
  2. Select the Insert menu, and then click on "footnote/Endnote".
  3. A small window will open (see Screenshot). You can now select an automatic count, or to manually specify characters. Confirm your input with "OK".
  4. Behind your word is a Superscript numbering will now appear. At the end of a page, you can now make your appropriate entries.
