Before you can print multiple PDFs on a page, you need to add this in a PDF file. This is achieved without the need for additional Software.
Then open the compiled PDF in the Adobe Reader.
Now click in the menu bar on "file" -> "Print".
Click in the next window, under "customize page and options" on the point "Several". Here, you can now specify how many PDF pages to be printed on a page.
With a click on "Print" you can complete the process and the PDFs to print.
