Figures in LaTeX Superscript or subscript

Can you pay in LaTeX using either the math-mode, or with special commands, high and low points. In the Screenshot you can see the two possibilities, both of which lead to an identical result:
  • Write you to the word, behind which you can place a number and open it with the Dollar signs of the math mode.
  • A number or any character you can provide with "^{number}". Deep works with "_{number} places". After that, you must end math mode with another Dollar sign.
  • The alternative method to work with special commands, you need to attach directly to the word in question (see Screenshot).
  • The commands are "\text subscript{number}" for subscript and "\text super-script{number}", if you want to make the number.
  • This method is especially handy because you can type commands with auto-completion of most of the editors very quickly.
