- Log in on the page "account information" from Kaspersky. To do this, you will need your password and the order number of your subscription, which you can find in the confirmation email or the page with the order confirmation. If you have forgotten your password, click "forgot password" to reset it.
- You will be taken to the home page of the order summary. Click the Cancel button.
