Mac: JNLP doesn't start - what to do?

  1. Start the system settings and select the item "Java". It takes a Moment, until the Control Panel opens.
  2. Under the "General" tab click on "Temporary Internet files", click "settings".
  3. In the following window select "delete files".
  4. In the query, you put the check mark in the "Trace and log files" and "Cached applications and Applets". Then confirm with "OK".

  1. You can open the Java Control Panel. You go through "control panel -> Java" there.
  2. In the dialog window, select the tab "General".
  3. Here, you can click in the section "Temporary Internet files", click "settings".
