Mac: JNLP doesn't start - what to do?
- Start the system settings and select the item "Java". It takes a Moment, until the Control Panel opens.
- Under the "General" tab click on "Temporary Internet files", click "settings".
- In the following window select "delete files".
- In the query, you put the check mark in the "Trace and log files" and "Cached applications and Applets". Then confirm with "OK".

- You can open the Java Control Panel. You go through "control panel -> Java" there.
- In the dialog window, select the tab "General".
- Here, you can click in the section "Temporary Internet files", click "settings".
- Click in the following window, click "delete files", appears to be a query. You put the check mark in front of "applications and Applets" as well as "trace and log files" and confirm with "OK".
