With Foxit Reader comments to PDF files insert
- Start the Foxit Reader and open the desired PDF file.
- Go in the tab "comment".
- Under "Pin", select the entry "note" (see photo).
- Then click the location in your PDF document you want to insert the comment.
- It the comment box will open. Here you can enter your Text or under "options" the color of the field change.
