If Firefox hangs when Surfing in between, or is jerky, then that is still no reason to reinstall. Often incompatible Add-ons are the source of the error. We will show you what to do in such a case.

Firefox jerky: Add-ons check

Mozilla Firefox performs Updates regularly. Unfortunately, some Add-ons can not be held as quickly up-to-date and will not be with the new Version of Firefox is compatible. These Add-ons are disabled, but can cause still problems.

1. Open the top right menu and click on "Add-ons".
2. Select from the list on the left of the point "extensions".
3. Here you can see at a glance whether one or more Add-ons may not be compatible.
