Final Cut: Zoom Shortcut
Zooming with Shortcut in Final Cut very simple:
- To zoom In, press only the [Z] key once, and then in the Timeline click on.
- To herauzuzoomen, press the [Z] key, but keep the [ALT] key pressed and click on the Timeline.

Also the zoom with no Shortcut requires a little more effort.
- Select at the top of the screen, select "appearance" and then "size to fit". Similarly, you can also press the key combination [shift] + [Z]. To fit the entire contents of the Timeline to the window size.
- In the Timeline or in addition to zoom, move the Zoom slider to the right or to the left.
- Alternatively, select in the menu "tools" the Option "zoom". Now you can click on the area of the Timeline that you want to magnify with the mouse pointer. Similarly, to zoom Out, you must hold down the option key.
