Installation of Adobe Reader is not – you can do
The program will not install, you can perform the following steps for the Installation to work again:
- It is possible that your anti-virus program has detected the Tool incorrectly as a Virus and thus blocked. Therefore, you can disable temporarily your anti-virus program before you install the Adobe Reader.
- In order for the Tool to work properly, you should make sure that your PC has the minimum requirements to be met.
- You need to be logged in also as an Administrator in Windows to install the program. This is the case, right-click on the Installer and select "run As Administrator".
- The Software can be in spite of Administrator rights to install, you can try a new Administrator account to create, it then install it.
- Make sure that you install the latest Version of Adobe Reader. This you will find in the Download Portal.
- During the Installation, you must specify the path to the Adobe Reader should be installed. Here you need to make sure that you have at the selected path with the necessary access rights.
- Tip: We recommend you to close all background programs during the Installation of Adobe Reader.
