InDesign spell check - how it works
Before you check the spelling of InDesign for the first Time use, you should set it up appropriately.
- The settings of the spelling test, click in the menu bar of InDesign, first go to "edit".
- Then select the "preferences" and then "spelling".
- Set the spell-checker in InDesign to suit your needs by looking at the available options and select the desired settings.
- You want to leave a document for spelling errors to examine, click on "edit" and then under "check spelling" the "spell checking".
- Alternatively, you leave the spell-check selectively, for example, with "text" for the Text in the active frame running.
- All open documents are to investigate on the incorrect spelling, select the Option "All documents".
