Adobe Illustrator: objects merge – how to

With Adobe Illustrator, you can create professional-looking vector graphics. However, even simple tasks like objects are put together with little effort. We will show how you should do this.

Different objects together in Adobe Illustrator

You want to merge shapes and objects in Illustrator, a tool. And as you put it:
  1. First, open Adobe Illustrator and draw the objects you want to add later a large shape together. In our example, we have created three circles.
  2. Select all the objects you want to merge. This works for example with the key combination [Ctrl] + [A] or with the selection tool.
  3. Now you are looking for in the tool-bar to the "shape tool" and select this. Alternatively, you can use the key combination [shift] + [M].
  4. You move the tool over your objects. The respective area is marked with a black-and-white pattern.
  5. To objects together, click with the tool, a first surface and drag the mouse further in the next area you want to add. On both surfaces of the black-and-white pattern will appear.
  6. As soon as you release the mouse, the selected areas.
