SSL encryption on Windows Phone 8
To enable SSL encryption, you just need to make the appropriate Option in the settings of the Email App.
- You open the Email App, the email address at which you want to SSL-enable encryption.
- Tap on the three dots to open the extended menu and select "settings".
- Tap on "sync settings".
- Scroll to the bottom of the list and select the Button "Advanced settings".
- Two new options will appear. You put both boxes on a hook. The SSL encryption is now enabled in the synchronization of the E-Mails.
