Telekom Sim-lock card
A map block is the first important measure, if the mobile is stolen or you have lost it. If you lock your SIM-card in a timely manner, they may be not made for subsequent damages. We will show you how to do it:
- You can leave your SIM card at the fastest phone lock: Select either the free Service-Hotline +49 (0)800 3 302202 or the speed dial 2202 in the case of a Telecom cell phone.
- Alternatively, you can fill out an order form for card blocking in writing and sent by Mail. You can find it on the Telecom help page.
