GoPro is not – so you solve the Problem
- May only be the battery of your GoPro is easy to empty. Connect the camera via USB to a PC or a wall outlet to charge the battery. Make sure that the red LED lights up on the front. Small tip: during charging, the SD card from your GoPro, so the camera can properly load.
- This is not the case, there may be a Defect in the USB cable. Replace it and repeat the process.
- If this changes nothing, there is probably a Defect in the battery. Replace it with a new one and try again, turn on the camera.
- The camera is still not turning on, there may be a greater Defect. Please contact in this case, the customer service from GoPro, in order to further support is. Possibly the Defect is covered by the warranty and you will receive free of charge a new camera.
