  1. You can open the document and go up to the tab "Check".
  2. Now click under the category "tracking" on the Button "track Changes".
  3. You will now be shown all edits in the Text. Changes are marked by red lines on the left side of the text of the affected area. Where a user has left a comment, you will see a speech bubble.
  4. Click on a red line or a speech bubble will be displayed.
  5. You can switch of the Option "Simple Markup" to "mark all" so that every Change is directly displayed.

You want to keep track of the Changes in more detail, you need to edit the settings. To do this, click on the tab "Check" in the category "tracking" at the bottom right on the small button with the arrow.
