Text modules in Word to create
- First, you need to select with the mouse the text passage that is to be stored as a text element, button so that it appears highlighted in blue.
- Now press simultaneously the key combination [Alt] + [F3] to open the dialog box "New POU opens the create". (see Screenshot)
- Here you can enter the name of the module and, optionally, a category or add a description.
- Then go to "OK", the text block to be saved.

- For example. an abbreviation for your text block to enter, you must go to the button "quick parts" and "building blocks Organizer..." option. (see Screenshot)
- Here, you can click the search now your block "Chip practice tip", select it, and click the Button "edit properties..." in the bottom left.
- Now a dialog box will open and you can make in the "Name" line, for example, from "Chip-practical tip" and the abbreviation "CP". This makes it easier for you then Insert the block into your Text.

- Your saved block to insert in the Text, you only need to enter the abbreviation, for example "CP", of the text module and then press the [F3] key.
- It is automatically added to the full set module.
