When you open a Powerpoint presentation with write protection, the following message appears: "Enter the password to modify this presentation". Then, you have the Option to open a password or the file is write-protected.

The write protection of the presentation, you can remove only if you know the correct password:
- After Opening the presentation, the password and confirm with "Change". Then the presentation in Powerpoint will open.
- Then select the tab "Check" in the program bar of Powerpoint.
