Outlook does not show new Mails - what to do?

Outlook users occasionally have the Problem, that new Mails are not displayed. There can be several causes - in our practical tip we will show you what you can do.

First, check your Junk Email folder. Occasionally, it may happen that Emails from unknown addresses to be placed in this folder.
  1. On the left side of Outlook, you can find your Email folder. Click on "Junk E-Mail".

Anti-virus check programs and account check

If you can not find your e-mails in the Junk e-mail folder, you should exclude other sources of error.
