Junk e-mail folder in Outlook browse
First, check your Junk Email folder. Occasionally, it may happen that Emails from unknown addresses to be placed in this folder.
- On the left side of Outlook, you can find your Email folder. Click on "Junk E-Mail".

Anti-virus check programs and account check
If you can not find your e-mails in the Junk e-mail folder, you should exclude other sources of error.
- Check whether the installed anti-virus programs are the cause. The installable Office can have plug-ins that can ensure that new Emails are not displayed.
