Offline mode in Outlook 2010 and 2012 activate.
- Open as usual, Microsoft Outlook.
- Click Send on the menu "and Receive".
- To the right of the menu bar, the Button "Work Offline"is displayed.
- With a click of the Button Outlook is in offline mode.
- If you want to switch back to online mode, click again on the Button.

In the older versions of Microsoft Outlook, you get the menu "file" --> "Work Offline" for offline mode.
