To set up your Office for education and training
First of all, you need to register and prove that you are entitled to use the Software:
- Go to the page of the Office for education and give you the validation key. These you can get from your educational institution.
- If you do not have the validation key, go to this site and register there to receive.
- After successfully entering the key, you will be prompted to enter your personal data. Then, you will be shown a temporary password.
- Change the temporary password by logging on to the Microsoft Portal log in.
- This step is completed, Office is prepared for the Download. This can sometimes take several hours. We recommend to wait a day.
- Log in again on the next day in the Portal. You can download Office now. You just have to click on "Install". You may need to confirm this operation with the user account control.
