The quotation marks change in Word
Quotation marks, or colloquially known as "goose feet", can be found in many languages. However, they are different. Word recognizes the information on your Computer language used and the characters automatically. If you have this auto-correction feature off and the quotation marks, only want to have the above, proceed as follows:
- Start Word and go to the tab "file".
- Select the item "options".
- Click in the left column of the opened window on "document review".
- You open with the "AutoCorrect options" from the next window. There, select the tab "AutoFormat as you type".
- Now remove the checkmark next to "Straight" quotes to "typographic". With this Change, the characters in their texts are set only at the top.
