The Yes/no field in Excel to show
- First select the cells to be displayed with the check box "Yes" or "no".
- Then click on the "data" tab and click "data validation" (see Screenshot).
- In the pop-up window, make sure that you are in the "settings" tab. Click under the item "validity criteria" on the small arrow under "Allow:".
- Now, select the item "list".
- Enter in the field "source", then "Yes;no" and confirm with "OK".
