How to print an Excel spreadsheet with lines

The following steps apply to Microsoft Excel 2007. However, they all work for other versions of Excel are similar.
  1. Launch Excel on your Computer.
  2. Select the Tab "page layout" and then click in the "page setup" on the "print titles" (see Screenshot).
  3. A new window will open in which you click on the Tab "table" - in other versions often "leaf".
  4. Select the check box for "gridlines" and "row and column headings". Here you can decide individually according to your needs.
  5. Then click on "Print..." and start the Vorgane on "Ok".
