Access: queries, export as a CSV file

In Microsoft Access, you can query as a space-saving CSV file export. How this works, you will learn in this practical tip.

Access query in CSV Format

  1. Open the database in Access and go to the left navigation bar, click "queries".
  2. Click with the right mouse button on the query that you want to save as a CSV and go to "Export > text file".
