Pages for Mac: characters and words count
- You can open in Pages, the document in which you want the character count.
- Then click in the menu bar, click "appearance" and then on "word count"show.
- In the document view at the bottom in the middle, the number of words of your document will appear.
- Click on it and select, instead, a Counting variant of the string. You can count the number of characters with or without spaces.
