Documents under OS X via the App open
With the following steps, you will be able to open documents on OS X with a specific App.
- Click with the right mouse button on a document of your choice.
- In the context menu, then select "Open with" and see here on the left of the page several Apps to choose from.
- First of all, the default is displayed App to Open the respective document type. Then more programs, which may also present the document to follow. You can also click on the "Other program" to other Apps on your Computer and via the "App Store" to search for suitable applications in the App Store.
- After selecting the desired App, the document will be displayed.
