Calibration of your monitor under Mavericks

With the help of the calibration wizard, you determine the Gamma settings and color temperatures of your Mac under Mavericks. The wizard start in the following way:
  1. Open system preferences in your Dock.
  2. Click on the menu item "monitors".
  3. In the next window, select the tab "colors".
  4. Now the Option "calibrate appears on the right side ...". By clicking the calibration wizard will open. Follow the further Instructions to complete the calibration.
  5. Subsequently, the modified configuration is saved as a profile and in the list is selectable.
