1. Program blocks the shutdown of the MacBooks
If the MacBook does not shut down, it's often due to a program. In this case, the program remains open in the Background or hang, so your MacBook may not turn off.
- Open the Taskmanager by pressing [CMD] + [Alt] + [ESC] buttons simultaneously. Here are all of the open programs appear. Select it and click on "end now".
- The MacBook, then try again, as usual, to shut down.

2. Rebooting the MacBooks force
The Problem does not occur in a program, so you can force your MacBook to restart, and then try to use the device as usual to shut down.
- Simultaneously press [CMD] + [Ctrl] and the Power-on button.
- As a result, the device is started immediately, but without the power disconnected beforehand. This is "healthier" than the abrupt shut down of the computer.
