- First, connect a USB or Bluetooth keyboard to your Computer. You can borrow, if necessary, a keyboard with a friend. This keyboard does not work, also the Problem is not in the keyboard from the MacBook, but on the System itself.
- Individual actions do not work, only you can repair it yourself. Most of the time you need to clean these just. Lift a button with a pointed object, such as a small screwdriver or a pocket knife, and remove the cover. - The MacBook is still in the period of the manufacturer warranty or you have purchased an Apple Care Protection Plan, the repair from Apple for free.

- For a repair at Apple, you can see your device either directly in a local Apple Store or online Apple Support contact.
