Many gardeners apply salt against weeds. This effective method, however, is not without controversy. We will tell you what you the procedure to look out for.

Road salt is about 98 percent sodium chloride. You sprinkle this on a Plant, so this goes in and can be pulled out after a few days, just out of the ground.
