- You have received a new SIM card from your mobile provider by Post, it is directly ready for use. You have purchased a Prepaid SIM card, you need to register online first.
- You have changed your cell phone and need now instead of a normal SIM card to a Micro SIM, you can apply this also with your provider. In General, the Service is free of charge. You will get the new SIM card, you need to deactivate the old phone and the new one is activated.
