Failure of the SIM card registration on mobile phone
You can see on your phone the message that your SIM card could not be registered, or that the SIM card number and the MSISDN do not match, you can use any part of the services. The Problem can have the following causes:
- You have not used your phone for over 1 year (no calls, SMS, no credits charge), it may happen that it is locked. Call your provider to learn whether the SIM card can be reactivated.
- You forget, a bill to pay or your contract is expired - the SIM card, then your service provider disabled.
- The SIM card is out of date and not compatible in the mobile phone.
- The SIM card is defective and must be replaced.

- Turn off your cell phone.
- Remove the SIM card.
