In order for Siri to recognize playing songs, works Apple with the "Shazam". The Shazam App has already a song - now is as good as no longer necessary:
  1. Press and hold the Home Button on your iOS device pressed to launch Siri.
  2. You ask the question "How is the Song called?", starts Siri up to listen. Alternatively you can wait for a Moment until Siri automatically starts the detection.
  3. After about five to ten seconds, Siri will make a proposal. The condition for the detection are optimal, appears directly to the right Song. This is not the case, you can start the detection again.

What to do after Siri recognized the Song

Siri shows you the right Song, you have several options available:
  • On the "Buy" Button to open directly in the iTunes Store. Here you can listen to a snippet of the song, and him, on request, to buy.
  • Tap on the word "Shazam", it will open the Shazam App. You have not installed the Free Tool, you can do it directly through the AppStore.
  • Press and hold the Home Button for a few seconds, will store the title on your wish list.
  • Then you open the iTunes Store and tap the bottom right "More". Here you can select the "purchases" and tap the top of the list toolbar. Here you will find your "wish list", as well as under the category of "Siri", all with Siri's identified songs.
