iPhone lock code forgotten: Complete phone via iTunes to reset
To remove the lock code of your iPhone, you need to put the phone through a Computer with iTunes and then a restore Backup to get your data back.

Problem: "find My iPhone" is enabled
The function is activated "find My iPhone" and you have forgotten the lock code, you must erase your iPhone completely. Then it can be recovered from a Backup.
- Open the website of iCloud.com and login with your Apple ID.
- Here, click on the category "My iPhone" and select "All devices" your iPhone.
