1. QuickType learns your writing style
On the basis of their written texts and SMS are the new quicktype keyboard learns your writing style. Thus, it is able, already after 2 to 3 letters of your search word to propose. The word suggestion appears directly above the keyboard.
- Especially practical: Depending on the interlocutor, the function automatically adjusts the writing style. The keyboard suggests in conversations with your friends words other than in formal message, or texts to colleagues.

2. Quick-type allows for questions even faster answer
The new QuickType feature in iOS 8 automatically detects when you receive a message with a question and proposes you the two answer options of the question or "Yes" or "no". So you can reply faster to questions.

3. Word suggestions in QuickType off
It sucks the quick type function with the word suggestions, so you have to disable this quickly.
- Press in and hold the small globe at the bottom left on the keyboard is pressed. Then the options open up to Enable or Disable the word suggestions.
4. iPhone: Finally, third-party keyboards are allowed
With the new Update, Apple has allowed the use of third-party keyboards. So you can decide which keyboard App you want to use. So you can, for example, SwiftKey use.
