- Open the Instagram App on your Smartphone. There you will find in the middle of the bottom bar, there is a Video icon.
- You touch this, will initially be in the gallery. You want to upload a Video from here, you can find the appropriate Clip, and select.
- You want to record a new Video, tap to the right on the "Video".
- It is the preview of your camera opens and a gray circle will appear.

- Then the Video will be uploaded to Instagram.
