Jailbreak needed
A Jailbreak is required and installed Cydia automatically. If your iDevice is not yet jailbroken is, you will find instructions to iOS Version 6.
Cydia Account
First, you should create an Account. So your Cydia remain synchronized purchases in the future and you don't have to pay for it again. This is especially in the case of System installations useful.
- From the home screen, select the Button "Manage Account".
- You can now choose between their Facebook and Google account to authenticate (see Screenshot). The account will now be used as your Cydia Account.

How to install Cydia Apps on iPhone and iPad
The App Installation of Cydia is similar to the "App Store". A small additional function, however, is extremely practical.
- Press in the start screen on the Button "Featured". Here are some of the most helpful Cydia Apps are collected.
- Select the "Tools to Start With".
- Now, press on Cydia-Tool of your choice, and then in the upper right corner, click "Install".
- Now you don't press the "Confirm" but to "More select" (see Screenshot). So, you can select more Cydia Apps to install.
- If you are happy with your selection, press "Confirm" and the Apps installed on your iDevice.

Larger App offer additional Repos
Cydia consists of so-called Repositories ("Repos"). These are the related sources from which the respective Tools. Therefore, you can zoom in on your Cydia-offer by hand, by simply adding new Repos. Also in the search for the new Apps to be taken into account henceforth.
- You go to the bottom bar on "Manage".
- Select "sources" and you will see all of your currently used Repos.
- Press top right "edit" and then on "Add".
- Now enter the address of a Cydia Repo (see the Screenshot). If you do not have is known, for example, use "http://apt.pwncenter.com".
